**Return Policy: All jackets and lettering are custom made. Unless our company makes an error, the order cannot be returned. 
**Order Confirmations: All Customers will receive an order confirmation which customer must approve before order will be put into production.
**Cancellations & Order Changes: Once your order is in production status, no cancellations or changes are permitted. Orders move rapidly into productions status to ensure prompt delivery dates.
Order Changes made prior to this point will be assessed a flat non-negotiable $20.00 charge. 
Order Cancellations  made prior to this point will be assessed a flat non-negotiable $50.00 charge. 
**Special Tailoring: Special tailoring is offered and must be clearly specified on your order form.  Sleeve and body lengths can be altered by 2" or 4". Indicate length adjustment by using the following codes.
P-2 (Plus 2")     M-2 (Minus 2")
P-4 (Plus 4")     M-4 (Minus 4")

Minimum: 6 jackets of same model/color/style
Shipping & Handling charges: Add 10% for Shipping and Handling within the continental U.S.A.
Missouri residents add sales tax of 7.925% of your merchandise total.
Delivery: Stock Jackets without lettering shipped in 1 to 2 weeks;  with lettering, shipped in 4 weeks (excluding holidays) 
Custom Jackets without lettering shipped in 3 weeks; custom jackets with lettering, shipped in 5 weeks (excluding holidays)
